Its been a while since i have last blogged. As i sit here to give a bit of action to my small chunk of audience or may be speak a bit to myself, i don’t really know where would i head to and what do i speak. I will start on movies first. yep, don’t wonder its bollywood definitely. “Tare jameen par” was a recent watch which satisfied my long thirst for an emotionally connected movie. I found it much on the lines of Mr.B’s “Black”, though. The movie was well framed and has once again proved that emotional content still has a commercial market.
Ya, changing trends of emotional connectivity, in short westernisation. Obviously we don’t love each other as much as the previous generation. The emotional connect is on a decline. Things have picked up pace. Now we love everything that has a prefix “FAST”. Be it Fast food or Fast money or Fast sex. We don’t have time to sit down, think and speak a bit to ourselves. Just wonder, when was last time u missed a childhood friend or called one on his Birthday. We conveniently forget things or may be we don’t find time to think about someone. U have to rush for a survival in the present world as so does everyone. Relationships are often being short lived. Abandoning aged parents has become a common sight. Its not the common citizen to be blamed. Its the system. Competency grew and everyone hurries to grab a piece of the cake. Technology has been coming in and we have put it to our comforts. We don’t depend much on others and so has our social life come down, declining emotional connectivity the consequence. Now you would wonder if all these pretty issues make an impact at all. They do. Life is all about the smaller things, those simple pleasures. Those simple “miss u” and “hello” words and those simple JADOO KI JAPPI’s (hugs).
I have nothing more to say. I spoke it out. Having said everything i myself don’t know if i would miss an old friend.
ps: i jotted everything down and put a lot of effort to name this post. i couldn’t find 1.
pps: add a comment

You rock mann !!
Firstly that was one piece of an emotional post . Simply heart touching and emotional connecting . Dude !! just think over , if you still dont have those emotions , the insider wouldnt have penned down such an article .Your just on a high in your life with lot of people around you , always there for you to talk , booze and evrything. Once you leave that place you do realize emotions havent left us and u do start missing people .May be as u said we are in Frmula 1 world , but aslong as we breathe on this earth we are still humans ad we are emotional .

OH MY GOD! I thought low e-connectivity was a problem peculiar to me! I have been SO GUILTY for not keeping in touch with people! You gave me an answer and RELIEF! I mean i yearn for ppl’ s love and attention and all that but I have felt guilty for not being able to give it back without a contrived effort.
your blog gives me solace….gives me more reasons to drop by more often
