Spirituality (revised)
This post is a revision to my previous one on spirituality. I would try to give more meaningful arguments and convey the idea better this time around. Well the same disclaimers hold for this post too… “These are strictly my personal views and im sorry if i hurt anyone’s religious sentiments, for i strongly believe Spirituality is for the heart, not the brain and it has the capability to manipulate human emotions”.
Look at it like this…what have you always wanted? what does any materialistic or un materialistic pleasure drive you to? what is pleasure in the first place? Its all in the happiness…in staying happy and so does everyone hope to do it. Now visualise a picture wherein the whole world is happy…what do you find in it? Love, Morals, Brotherhood, Peace, Emotions…all the good that we have written down from the ages. So in the larger perspective, world’s happiness lies in defining the good and abiding by it. Here arises the need for a strong medium to carry the good into people. The medium has to be so effective and strong that it can resist all disturbances that are due in the ages to come. Forget this for a while now.
Let us now apply ourselves to thinking about the super natural forces. Forces which are not on par with you or the rest of the world. Forces which govern you and forces which can make you happy for the goods you have done, sad for the bads. Forces you fear and respect for your betterment. If you believe they exist, you respect them. You have to..the reason, quiet simple..you always wanted to be better than the rest of us, you want to cut out..make a difference and have the privileges..be rich, have a status, have a peaceful living, have a better girl friend and so on..when you believe the blessings could make things easier for you, you would not take the slightest of a chance..atleast i would not.
How about clubbing these two..”The medium” and “The super natural forces”. Sounds good..The medium is effective now, for people respect it…they created the characters, stories with lucid details to each good quality, religions(for people are never united on anything) and epics…
Do not mistake me to be an atheist. It just makes more sense to me. Spirituality is for the greater good of all of us.
